We want you to love your fun footwear, so if your new socks aren't a perfect match, you can return unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Please note that for hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns on socks that have not been tried on or removed from their carding.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your socks are unworn, unwashed, and still attached to their original product tags or packaging to qualify for a full refund.

  Request a Label

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to generate a pre-paid shipping label for a small flat fee.

• 3.
  Pack Your Socks

  Securely place the items in their original mailer or a similar protective envelope and affix the return shipping label to the outside.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Wait

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect your items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
